Change

Change is inevitable.  With the world as crazy as it is today, we have no choice but to keep up.  That is why we've been making changes at RX.  Starting today our hours have officially changed.  You can see the new hours on our Contact Us page and I've written them below.

Why change the hours?  Well, we were about to have a mutiny on our hands in the form of overworked employees.  That said, we adjusted the hours of operation in order to help streamline what we do for our customers.  We've decided to close on Wednesdays in order to have a day of uninterrupted work.  We will not answer the phone and our doors will remain locked every Wednesday.  The rest of the week we will open at 10 am instead of at 9am now in order to do necessary paperwork that seems to inevitably pile up, as well as close at 6pm now during the week instead of 7pm to be able to go home to our families at a reasonable hour every night.

What will this accomplish for you, our customers?  Well, hopefully you'll receive better service from all of us and your wait time will be less.

Over the next few months you'll see more changes.  We'll be making some changes to our retail floor.  For those of you that knew what state the shop was in 3 years ago when we took over, you know how much of a transformation it has taken.  Keep your eyes peeled for even more transformations... It's going to be great!

Also, this week is our official three year anniversary as RX Computers of Rochester, owned and operated by Robert Tarket.  Stop in just to say hello this week and wish us a Happy Anniversary!

New Hours:
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, & Friday - 10:00am to 6:00pm
Saturday: 10:00am to 2:00pm
Wednesday & Sunday: Closed

Look forward to working with you on the new changes in the show room. I have some great affordable color options laid out for it. something matching the design of the site, and informational text while clients wait in the showroom. I ma very excited about the showroom, Good stuff all around. Look forward to all of the changes, and I am very happy that the guys will get more time with the service area of the shop. And a chance to touch tech base from time to time, as well as clear minds of store directions. Awesome, awesome awesome.
